At ALPHERA, we are proud to be part of the Rolls-Royce family (providing Rolls-Royce Financial Services) and have been taken back by the level of their new bespoke vehicle.

We are great believers in working with customers to provide the very best service and Rolls-Royce has revealed the lengths a great company will go to when it comes to meeting a customer’s requests. The luxury car maker has done so on this occasion by producing a one-off, unique vehicle, which took more than four years to build.

The two-seater coupé includes a panoramic glass roof, handmade wooden luggage and hat shelves and a built-in mini fridge. The car oozes class, with the bodywork sweeping round at the rear, giving the illusion of a tail, which led to the car adopting the name, Sweptail.

With the Bugatti Chiron, currently one of the world’s most expensive cars on sale for around £2million, the Sweptail marks a significant leap in price. With a reported worth of £10,000,000, the car has been developed for a private customer who wanted the vehicle to emulate the coach-built Rolls-Royces of the 1920s and 30s.

Approached in 2013 by a loyal customer, Rolls-Royce agreed to create the one-off luxury car, based on many of the customer’s favourite vehicles from the marque’s golden era of the early 20th Century, as well as taking inspiration from both classic and more modern yachts.

The Sweptail represents the quality and class that has become synonymous with the Rolls-Royce brand, as well as demonstrating the level of personalisation the company is willing to provide to its valued customers.
