To register a complaint with us, please complete the below form. We will aim to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. However we have up to 8 weeks to investigate and resolve your complaint. Further information will be in the acknowledgement letter and the complaint handling procedure which you will receive from us in the next few days.

For us to investigate your complaint fully, please be aware that we may need to speak to the Retailers involved along with the manufacturers/introducing brokers.
